After you have chosen several factors that will affect your Health Score, it is time to get them set up in the Health Profile.
When you are adding factors, and determining how much each of them should subtract or add to the Health Score, here are a couple of things to keep in mind…
You have different options when choosing how much each factor will affect your overall Health Score.
Hard conditions: these conditions will add or subtract the same amount based on the parameters you set. These factors include: "less than", "more than", "equal to", "not equal to". For example, if the NPS score is "less than" "6", the Health impact = "-3". This means an NPS score of "0-6" will subtract the same amount from the Health Score (-3).
However, if you would like a sliding scale for your Health Score, you can select the linear condition. For example, if the NPS score is between "0-10", the Health impact = "-5" if it is a score of "0" and "+5" if it is a score of "10". If the NPS score is "0" the customer gets "-5" points. If the NPS score is "10" the Company gets "+5" points. If the NPS score is "7" the Company receives "+2" points.
📌Important to note: With the linear option, values falling outside of the value limits still give maximum/minimum impact. Use the linear (bounded) option instead if you would like the values outside of the range to have no impact. See here for further details.
