In Planhat, you have a wide variety of resources available at your fingertips! These help you get up and running with Planhat, and mean you can soon become a super user: understand the full potential of Planhat, keep up-to-date with product updates, work efficiently, and ultimately achieve your business goals!
You have access to training material in a selection of formats, to suit every learning style and purpose (from quick overviews to in-depth technical details); and if you need additional support, you can reach out to our fantastic Support team (and their AI assistant) via live chat.

Where to get help in upgraded Planhat
In upgraded Planhat (ws.planhat.com), you can access help via the Help icon (question mark symbol) in the top-right of the gray bar at the top of your tenant.
π Important to note
If you don't see the "Chat" option when you click on the question mark icon, check your permissions: access to this feature is controlled by a workflow permission called "Planhat Support Chat" - this needs to be enabled for your tenant and your Role to see the option.

The Help Center is great if you prefer to learn by reading, and if you want to look up specific technical details. The Help Center generally covers more topics and in greater detail than the other resource types.
