The Power User Certification is Planhat's online product training program. It's composed of 4 courses:

It's a fantastic way for you to learn about some of the advanced features of Planhat, and think about Planhat as a whole, focusing on key Customer Success topics and practical use cases rather than just product instructions, so you can easily implement what you've learned.

The courses are a fun and easy way for you to upskill.

You'll become more self-sufficient, so you won't need to ask for help from your Planhat CSM/TDS or the Support team as often - indeed, you'll be a Planhat expert within your organisation!

You'll be able to really get the most out of your Planhat subscription, as you'll have fantastic knowledge of all the possibilities at your fingertips!

Ultimately, you'll learn ways to save time, be more efficient, gain greater insights into your customers, carry out more effective actions, prevent issues, and generally be better enabled to work towards your goals.

This certification is particularly designed for:

Much of the certification content covers configuring your tenant - creating Formula Fields and Calculated Metrics, setting up Workflows, designing Pages, managing Roles, and changing tenant settings. Therefore, it’s most applicable to Planhat Admins, CS Ops, Main Users and Managers etc. If that isn't you, you could still take the courses to better understand what’s possible, but you may not have access to all the functionality described.

The course content generally assumes some knowledge of Planhat - e.g. it talks about advanced filters but does not go over the basic concept of filters in detail - and so it’s mainly aimed at people who have a foundation of Planhat knowledge.

The courses are designed to teach you how the different aspects of Planhat come together to enable you to deal with customer challenges. There are plenty of use-case examples discussed throughout, so it’s clear what is the value of each feature and how it can be put into practice.

One of the great things about the Power User Certification is that you can work through it at your own pace, whenever is convenient for you.

The exact length of time each course takes can vary from person to person - it depends on how fast/slow you read and watch the videos, and how long you pause to complete exercises, etc., but to give you a general guideline, each course typically takes about 1-3 hours to complete.

Don't worry, you don't have to go through each course in one go - you can take a break whenever you need, and come back to it later on.
