Why some End Users are not being added to your Planhat app when sent over API

If an End User cannot be mapped to a Company in any way, then it will not be saved and instead the request is ignored.

When importing a new End User, you should ideally send the corresponding companyId or companyExternalId. If you don't, we still try to match based on email domain, and if that doesn't work either, then it is ignored.
