What is the Dojo?

The Planhat Dojo is our learning ground — your place to grow, explore, and master everything Planhat.
Here, you can access all our training courses, learning journeys and certifications, designed to help you and your team make the most out of your Planhat setup.

Whether you’re just getting started or looking to become a true power user, the Dojo has something for everyone.
Each course is practical, hands-on, and focused on helping you build the skills you need to be confident and efficient in Planhat.

How to access the Dojo

Accessing the Dojo couldn’t be easier — it’s built right into your Planhat app.

  1. Open Planhat.

  2. Click the “?” symbol in the top-right corner of your screen.

  3. Click Planhat Dojo.

You’ll be automatically logged in through Single Sign-On (SSO) — no need for a separate account.

Once you’re in:

  • Explore all available courses and learning journeys in the Catalog

  • Enrol in anything that sparks your interest

  • View your in-progress and completed courses

  • Earn Certifications

What you can learn

In the Dojo, you’ll find a range of courses covering everything from the basics introduction courses to more advanced configuration and management.

Here are some of the content you’ll find:

  • New User Training – learn the essentials to navigate and use Planhat effectively.

  • Data Fundamentals – understand how to manage, structure, and optimize your customer data. Course names: Advance Field Settings, Advance Filters, Formula Fields, Working with time-series data

  • Workflows & Automation – build automated processes that scale your operations. Course names: Build an end-to-end process in Planhat, Workflows

  • Visualisation & Reporting – create powerful dashboards and insights for your team. Course names: Dashboards & Presentations, Pages, Widgets in Planhat

  • Admin & Configuration – master roles, permissions, and tenant setup. Course names: Advance Admin Settings, Roles & Permissions

Each course includes interactive lessons, videos, and practical exercises so you can apply what you learn directly in your own environment.

We also have two learning journeys tailored for Admins who are looking to level up their skills. We highly recommend Admins to enrol into these as we've seen positives outcomes with those who decide to up skill. The learning journeys we have:

How to navigate the Dojo

Home

Your Home is your first page when you log into the Dojo. Here you will find all your enrolled courses and learning journeys in progress.

Please note you can browse between "Courses" and "Learning Journeys" in two separate tabs.

My learnings

This is a collection of all of your enrolled, in progress and completed courses and learning journeys. You can also find your certifications under a completed learning journey here.

Live Learning

We will from time to time host Live learning sessions which you can find information about and register for here.

Catalog

Here you can search for any course or learning journey to enrol to. Use the search bar or the catalog group to find relevant courses!

In this section you can find useful resources you might want to download and save for future references.
