Planhat bot in Slack is very powerful and it can help you retrieve customer information from Planhat easily and quickly when you are on-the-go.
So what happens when you set it all up but then your bot comes back with no results?
Not to worry, it just means that you maybe do not have your SlackID in Planhat.
How do I know if I have a Slack ID in Planhat?
Just go to your Planhat User Profile and see if your SlackID field has value, like in the second screenshot below.
Note: you may need to click "+ Show full list" (shown in the first screenshot below) to see this field.
Where do I find my SlackID?
It is actually your Member ID, which sits in your Slack profile.
