📌 Important to note

This is part 2 of setting up the SCIM integration. Once the setup in Planhat is done, continue with these steps for setup in Entra ID

How to set it up

  1. Go to Azure portal → Enterprise Applications

  2. Create your own application (or use existing if you use Entra ID for SSO in Planhat)

  3. Go to Provisioning

  4. Select mode Automatic

  5. Choose Bearer Token

  6. Go back to Planhat and generate a new Token in Planhat

  7. Go back to Enterprise Application

  8. In Tenant URL paste in the following URL https://api.planhat.com/integrations/scim/v2

  9. Add the newly generated token from Planhat in "Secret Token"

  10. Click Test Connection and Save

10. Go to User and groups → Click "+Add user/groups" and search Users and Groups (both in same search) and choose the one you want to assign

📌 Important to note

  • Planhat requires all users to specify the First and Last name, but Entra ID only requires the Display name. Make sure that First and Last names are specified for every user

  • Microsoft Entra ID checks for user updates around every 40 minutes, which means changes to access may take some time to reflect in Planhat.
