Planhat Intelligence - "Pi"
Q: Are there different features of Pi available for different plans or segments?
A: No. The same Pi features are available on every subscription plan/package
Q: Can all users chat and use Pi?
A: Yes. Sessions and Pi are available to every user, on all plans. Depending on your User Type, you will have different thresholds determining how much you can use or chat with Pi
Q: Which AI model powers Pi?
A: By default, Planhat uses a combination of best-in-class large language models. You can use your own model instead by bringing your own credentials. You can read more about this feature in our BYO LLM Provider article
Q: Can I bring my own AI model credentials?
A: Yes. You can specify two of your own models within the AI Governance Hub:
"Speed" - what to use for quick tasks, like retrieving records
"Advanced" - used for larger reasoning tasks, such as Artifact generation or building Automations

Q: Does chatting with Pi use my tenant AI credits?
A: Every user includes an amount of user credits for chatting with Pi, so you can try out Sessions without friction. This is separate from your tenant's AI credits, which are reserved for running Automations
Profiles and data
Q: Do I need to reconfigure my pre-existing Profile Templates when I enable Planhat OS, or do they convert automatically?
A: All your existing Profile Template configuration converts automatically. When you move to Planhat OS from pre-OS Planhat, Planhat migrates your Profile Templates for you
Q: What Signals can I see?
A: On the Signals screen, you'll see Signals from Companies based on your permissions. Your Role permissions determine what you see, so if you can view all Companies in your tenant, you'll see Signals for all of them
Q: Has my data been modified in the transition from pre-OS Planhat to Planhat OS?
A: Nothing about your data has changed. All the foundations (e.g. integrations, data models, Workflows, Automations, reporting) are the same. OS brings Pi, Sessions, and overall UI/UX composition changes
Portals
Q: Are Portals moving to Planhat OS?
A: Not yet. Portals are staying in pre-OS Planhat for now. Bringing Planhat OS features like Sessions to Portals is planned for later this year
