What happens when the same End User exists across multiple Companies when I set up my NPS campaigns?

Most of the time an End User is only associated with a single Company in Planhat, however the same End User can exist across multiple Companies. When this happens, you might question if the End User will get multiple surveys and wonder which Company the NPS response will get assigned to.

In Planhat there is an NPS setting called β€œNPS Recurring days” (within the "Settings" Global Tool - see screenshot below) which determines how often you can send an NPS survey to an End User. Make sure this is set correctly and according to your desired NPS cadence. This is a global setting which affects all campaigns, so if you have an End User that exists across multiple Companies only one NPS survey will be sent and the response will be recorded for all End Users matching that email address πŸ‘.
