For information on where to configure Health Scores in upgraded Planhat (ws.planhat.com), please see our separate article here.

Health is calculated on a scale of 0-10, with 5 being the starting point, or ‘neutral.’

As you add Health Score factors to your Health Profile, those ‘Health points’ will either be subtracted or added based on what you have set.

Let’s calculate a simple example if a couple of your Health factors are: Average Daily Logins and NPS Score…

You can add as many factors as you would like to get a well-rounded Health Score. However, we do not recommend an overwhelming amount. Having between 2-8 factors is plenty.

The final Health Score must be between 0-10, so any Health Score outside of those numbers will be rounded to a 0 or a 10.

Group Health Scores

The group-level Health Score (shown in the top-right of the screenshots below) is calculated as a mean average of all the Companies in the group.

For example, here Daimler Group (the parent) has a Health Score of 10, and its children have Health Scores of 5, 8 and 3.

(10 + 5 + 8 + 3)/4 = 26/4 = 6.5, which is rounded to a score of 7 for the entire group.

Similarly, if Daimler Group had a health score of 0, it would bring the overall group score down to (0 + 5 + 8 + 3)/4 = 4.
