Exporting your data from Planhat to Excel is a quick and simple process!
π Important to note: if you don't have permission to export the data in question, then you won't see the export options mentioned in this article. Please discuss this with an administrator in your team, they will be able to give you the necessary permissions.
Export Data From the Data Explorer
Head over to the Data Explorer and select your choice of data model from the dropdown list (including Company, End User, Task and Conversation etc.)
Use the checkboxes to select the records of that model you would list to export - remember that you can easily apply a filter to narrow down the records displayed first
Click on the ellipsis symbol in the menu at the bottom of the screen, and select "Export to Excel"

You can also follow the same process in a suitable Page (e.g. Data Table) if you have one including the records you would like to export.

Metrics
You can similarly export Metrics (time-series data) in bulk via the Data Explorer, like you have just seen for regular data models.

If you click on an individual Metric to bring up its Preview on the right, you can also export that individually by clicking the ellipsis icon and then selecting "Export".

Exporting Health Profile history
When viewing a Health Profile (used to calculate Health Scores), which are accessed in the Company "Fields" part of the "Data" Global Tool, you can click the ellipsis symbol at the bottom and then "Export Health History".

π Important to note: Exports that have a lot of data will be sent via email instead of downloading to an Excel file. This will depend on the amount of data you have requested and the time will vary accordingly.
